When you join the Mortgage Choice Team you will be a part of a twelve month Rookie Development Program, a standard path for all new franchisees to assist in productivity through mentoring, training and coaching.
Initial training for new franchisees (face to face 10 days) and loan writers (5 days) consists of:
Induction
This intensive two-week face to face course, conducted at our head office in Sydney, is designed to put you on the road to success and covers:
- The Mortgage Choice software
- Lending
- Compliance
- Sales skills
- Marketing & lead generation
- Business Planning
- Media relations
- Best practice business processes
Upon completion of the course, you will be awarded a Certificate IV in Financial Services (Mortgage/Finance Broking).
Accreditation with individual lenders on the Mortgage Choice panel
Accreditation with our lender panel partners enables you to write loans on their behalf.
Mentoring program
We partner you with an established, successful franchisee in our Mentor Program. Over your first twelve months, they will work closely with you to help give you a solid foundation to build your own successful business.

- Lending workshops to develop and maintain product knowledge
