Step 1: Call us, submit an enquiry form or register to attend an information evening
Information evenings are designed to give you a general overview of what the mortgage industry and our franchise model is about.

Upon receiving your enquiry we will send you a background sheet that summarises the key elements of our business. When you attend an information night or choose to have a one on one meeting with our Franchise Development Manager (FDM) we provide you with a further set of information, which includes our recruitment brochure.
Step 2: First meeting
Conducted with a dedicated FDM, this personal meeting provides the opportunity for you to get to know more about Mortgage Choice and whether it is a good fit for you.
Step 3: Second meeting
It's down to the detail here. Understanding what you expect from the business and what Mortgage Choice expects from you is fully explored.
At this stage we discuss cash flows and the profitability of your business. This is a further opportunity to ask about any areas of our business that you are unsure about.
Step 4: Profiling
One of the key elements in your decision pathway is talking to others who have followed the same path so we invite you to talk privately with our franchisees.
It's the home stretch now. We care about those who join our franchise network and take care to ensure we get the people who fit best. A series of online tests helps us to understand your strengths and abilities and how easily you will adapt to the demands of your new business.
Step 5: Third meeting
We also issue and discuss with you all legal documents. We expect that you will obtain independent legal and financial advice.
Step 6: Induction & accreditation
Agreements will be finalised and signed. Prior to operating as a mortgage broker you will need to complete your Certificate IV in Financial Services, which is a two week intensive course, conducted in Sydney. You will then need to complete your accreditation with the banks.
