During our first meeting, I show you our Company Charter which details that Mortgage Choice does not charge you for the service and how I'm paid by the lender once your loan is settled.

Team Profiles

Carmel Owen
My wife Carmel is our Office Manager and joined the team in 2002 after previously being employed in the Real Estate industry for over 10 years.
Her role is to liaise with the lenders after the loan has been submitted to ensure that it is progressing within the set time frames so our clients get a speedy approval.

David Owen
In November 2003, my Brother David joined the Mortgage Choice team. David has spent the past 20 years in Narrabri & Moree in senior Management rolls in Insurance Broking, Retail Chain Stores & Rural Commodity Export industry. David has also completed the Mortgage Industry accreditation program in March 2004.
David is a keen Rugby Union supporter, being heavily involved with the Narrabri Blueboars Club & Central North Zone. He has also been involved with the Hasting Valley Vikings here in Port Macquarie and still has the odd game with the Wrinkled Horns when the opportunity arises.
He is also a keen camper and regular visits the local camping grounds with his partner and family.
