Russell Crook has 30 years experience in finance and small business. He has operated the Mortgage Choice franchise in Joondalup since 1996 and is one of the longest established franchisees in Australia.
The Mortgage Choice franchise in Joondalup has won numerous Mortgage Choice Business Excellence Awards and has been a finalist in it's business category almost every year of operation. Also has won State Franchisee of the year award in 2000 and North West Metro Franchisee Business of the year in 2001. These awards have been achieved through constant focus on customer service and putting the customer's needs first.

Phillip Farrugia
In February 2005 I joined the Mortgage Choice Team after a 14year service with Westpac Banking Corporation. My last position at Westpac was a Finance Manager assisting clients with Mortgage finance to purchase residential properties. As a local resident of Connolly I also volunteer my time as a Junior Football coach with the Joondalup Kinross Junior Football Club. My interests include: Camping, 4WD trips, The Beach, Gardening, and Football.

I commenced with Mortgage Choice Joodalup in August 2004. My role involved the co-ordination of home loan applications from submission to settlement. I'm currently a broker support officer, where I'm responsible for preparation of loan increases to exisiting loans, preparation of Russell Crook's loan applications, confirming loan senarios with various lenders, monitoring and reporting of weekly & monthly figures. Prior to commencing with Mortgage Choice I gained 16years banking & finance experience having worked for Challenge Bank and other Finance Brokers.

Rhonda Bailey
I joined Mortgage Choice in April 2004 after re-entering the work force from being a stay at home mum. Prior to this worked for Town & Country Building Society for 6 years in the Lending Department where I covered in areas from Loan Application, Settlements, Discharges and Valuations which has given me a good understanding and background for my role as an Administration Officer within Mortgage Choice. My tasks include Customer Service, Marketing, Specified Projects, Accounts and General Office Duties.
