We found the home of our dreams, but still had to sell our existing home and had no finance. Then in came Peta and the team. They provided advice immediately to enable an offer on our new home and then worked their magic to get a great rate mortgage with our existing lender, within less than a couple of weeks. Very professional, very responsive and very easy to deal with. I highly recommend and would use again.

Peta was super helpful and very accommodating, as first home buyers we had never had or gone through this experience before. Very grateful for the time she took with us to let us ask lots of questions, which put us at ease.

This is the second time we have utilised the services of Sam, Nicole and Georgia at Hervey Bay Mortgage Choice. Extremely happy with the outcome again. We were able to refinance and withdraw funds for renovations and still pay about the same money, as we obtained a cheaper interest rate. Sam even split the loan for us so we had flexibility as to repayments and ability to fix rates on a proportion of the loan. Very happy all around, would definitely engage with their services again
