Team Profiles
Wendy Higgins
Wendy started her financial career 35 years ago with ANZ Bank and purchased her first Mortgage Choice franchise in 1998. Since then Wendy's knowledge of residential lending has grown enormously resulting in her being one of the top Mortgage Brokers in Australia. Her office has held the number one Mortgage Choice postition for several years. Wendy & her husband Dean have also built up a substantial property portfolio over the past 10 years.
Wendy contributes the success of her business to caring about every client, acting in their best interests at all times, being passionate about details and deadlines and getting deals over the line.
Julie Mahony
Julie started in the banking sector spending 21 years there then moving into the real estate market for a couple of years, before joining Wendy's business as her first staff member in July 1998. Julie's knowledge both in the finance and real estate industries is extremely valuable to the success of our office.

Christine Albon
Chris has been in the finance industry since 1988, holding positions of Senior Personal Banker, Residential Lending Consultant and Mortgage Broker. Finance and Real Estate are her passion, owning investment properties of her own as well as undertaking property developments.

Darren Rayner
Darren started his financial career with the Commonwealth Bank in 1999. He joined our team in January 2008 initially as an Administration Assistant, but quickly developed the skills needed to become a loan consultant and is now one of our First Home Loan specialists.

Rea Magill
Rea is the latest member of our team, joining our office in July 2009 as Wendy Higgins Loans Processing Manager. She has over 20 years experience in the finance industry including 15 years with Computer Share in a variety of roles starting in Administration and working her way up to Project Manager, then was Office Manager for 5 years with a Mortgage Broker in QLD.

Julie Kimber
Julie spent 8 years with Bank SA during her working career. She joined us in 2001 and is a very versatile and knowledgeable member of our team. Nothing is too much trouble for our JK.
Julie prides herself and the office on communication with our clients, our wealth of experience within our team and how passionate everyone is about what we do and how we make dreams of home ownership and wealth creation possible.
Ginet Moutakis
Ginet worked for the National Bank and ANZ for a total of 22 years before she was headhunted to Wendy's business in 2004. Her "can do" attitude at the ANZ was the reason she was approached to join our successful team and with her she brought a wealth of knowledge of back office and broader banking skills.
Ginet believes our office is unique due to our excellent level of customer service, interpersonal and communication skills and our overall extensive knowledge of the mortgage brokering business.
Julie Anne
Julie joined our office in June 2008, after 22 years with the Commonwealth Bank. Having a good relationship within the industry helps keep our paperwork moving through the system a lot more efficiently
Doing everything humanly possible, keeping clients in the loop and achieving settlements on time is what Julie attributes to the office success.
Sue Vallelonga
Sue joined Wendy's team in May 2000 as Customer Relations & Marketing Manager. Her role includes managing the sponsorships of all the clubs we sponsor, all of our referral points such as Real Estate Agents, Accountants and Financial Planners as well as local area marketing and co-ordinating all our social and business functions.
