Mortgage Choice is today launching a new online community for franchise owners that will allow the network to better connect with their peers, learn from each other and stay more informed on key business information.
The community includes multiple channels that reflect major business touchpoints and will be headlined by MCTV – a video library that includes interviews with top-performing business owners, as well as technology hacks for the respective networks among other videos.
Other channels will include Let’s Talk BID – a Q&A forum for all credit representatives; and MC Wire – a place to share breaking news, key updates and major milestones. There are also plans to launch a channel for all group and state office support staff across the enterprise.
General Manager, Product and Corporate Communications at Mortgage Choice, Emma Dupont-Brown said “Our new online community is a one-stop-shop for franchise owners. It gives them immediate access to three live forums which share expertise, experience and education.”

The online community and its channels will operate via Google Currents, which is part of the Google Workspace product suite. Each of the channels will not replace any of the existing discussion forums, such as the Mortgage Choice Lending Advice Forum.
“We recognised the need to create a communications hub as a more efficient and effective way of driving connectivity across the network and sharing best practice. It will reduce our email output and allow for a live, interactive, all-in-one solution,” concluded Ms Dupont-Brown.
Mortgage Choice franchise owners will be able to access the online community from today.
