Mortgage Choice has appointed Jerome Smith to the role of Head of Franchise Recruitment.
Reporting through to David Zammit, General Manager, Distribution, the Head of Franchise Recruitment is responsible for the continued growth of the Mortgage Choice franchise network.
Speaking about Mr Smith’s appointment, Mr Zammit said “We are thrilled to welcome Jerome to Mortgage Choice. For 28 years we have been helping Mortgage Choice franchise owners create strong sustainable businesses. We believe Jerome’s extensive experience in sales and a deep understanding of the property industry and franchising will help us find the new generation of talent to grow our iconic brand.”
“Jerome has spent the last few years in the real estate industry successfully growing the LJ Hooker and Ray White franchise networks. In his most recent role, Jerome was the Senior Network Development Manager and Senior Auctioneer with the LJ Hooker Corporation. During his time at Ray White and LJ Hooker, Jerome expanded the brands into new Australian markets, hired 150 new salespeople and established 29 new offices."
