Australia's largest independently-owned mortgage broker, Mortgage Choice is delighted to appoint well respected industry professional Andrew Russell as its Head of Sales.
Andrew commences work with the 18 year old national franchisor today, having recently exited his role as General Manager of mortgage and financial services group Firstfolio.
An internationally experienced senior executive, his previous roles include Product & Distribution Director, Mortgage Director and Strategy & Development Manager for Virgin Money Australia. Prior to Virgin Money, Andrew worked with companies such as ING Australia, UBS Australia, Synergy Management Consulting, Tokai Bank Europe and Credit Suisse UK.
Now his primary focus is to drive increased market share for Mortgage Choice through providing direction, leadership and coaching to state office teams, ensuring franchise network members have what they need to develop their sales and business generation skills. He will also oversee the company's franchise recruitment efforts and manage its major sales incentive programs.
