The just-launched strategic plan and online platform are the result of extensive research that identified two strong areas for potential network growth for the brand.
"We delved into the sales strategy and were in need of a new challenge, a refreshed direction. In addition to selling existing franchises, a much greater emphasis is now placed on greenfield distribution. Our sales team is recruiting two key types of franchise owners: aspiring entrepreneurs who are people beginning or building their career in mortgage broking and existing business owners who are professionals adding mortgage broking to an existing financial services business.
"The latter is now a relatively new recruitment focus for us and officially a key strategy. The latest of such ventures was established in June.
