Australia's largest independently-owned mortgage broker, Mortgage Choice today officially welcomed industry professional Ross Hardcastle back to the company.
With 17 years experience in the finance and property industries, Ross is well-prepared for his role as QLD State Manager, which follows an 18 months stint as a Westpac bank manager.
Ross's previous positions at Mortgage Choice were VIC/TAS state manager (2007 to 2009) and QLD franchise development manager (2006 to 2007).
Now, he is responsible for helping drive Mortgage Choice's strategic growth while providing quality communication to the QLD franchise network about company and state-based initiatives. Ross will also play a large role in assisting with franchisees' professional development, business planning and growth strategies, cashflow management, and lead generation and conversion.
Mortgage Choice CEO Michael Russell said Ross is well equipped to provide the direction, leadership and coaching needed to ensure the QLD franchise network increases its market share and productivity.
"I am delighted to welcome Ross into our state management team," he said, "It speaks volumes that he has chosen to work at Mortgage Choice again, and we are looking forward to working with him as he undertakes such an important network leadership role."
Ross said, "I am excited to be back and ready to embrace the opportunities and challenges. The primary responsibility of the QLD State Office team is to protect the system and brand integrity whilst supporting the entrepreneurship and flexibility of our network. I fully intend to see that through as I re-connect with our primary customers, the franchisees and their staff."
"My previous roles as Mortgage Choice franchise development manager and state manager plus my lending industry experience have trained me well for this position."
