Where do I start I had a what seemed to be an easy loan that I had reached out to Alex to help Le secure for my first property.
Unfortunately due to problems on my end the process was a lot more difficult and at times an impossible task due to my own financial setup. However Alex was nothing short of amazing Alex from day was always very supportive, friendly and professional - every time I spoke to Alex it was like talking to a good mate that had endless knowledge and book smarts on finance and how to secure a home loan Alex spent countless hours on the phone, over email and had several in person meetings to help me secure my loan. When I was ready to give up because the big banks were giving me a hard time, Alex helped reassure me and helped settle me. In the end Alex not only managed to help me secure my first home loan for a place that I was building during the scary times of covid but he got me an amazing rate and made all the paper work a breeze.
I couldnt be more happier with Alexs professionalism and service. He stuck up for me when the banks tried to deny my loan, he literally no bullsht went and delivered my loan documents in person, to the head office of the bank at 8am first thing to ensure I can settle in time. That right there is rare these days and was just one of the great things Alex did.
With all that said, I couldnt recommend Alex highly enough - if you need someone that will get the job done, right for you and go above and beyond, Alex is the man for the job
My partner and I are planning to work with Alex and use his amazing services to help us build our property portfolio and will be going to him for our next property in the next 12 months

ok heres the key bits. I tried a few other brokers and once i explained my rather complicated situation to them (i have an abnormal amount of employers) they stopped returning calls or said it was too hard. Alex has had the same experience as me and understood immediatly what action needed to be taken to get the result. He has helped other colleagues of mine acheive their dreams too and its because he has a specialised skill set for people in my postion. Due to my circumstances at the time i had to make many changes and he was always very helpful.
Seriously the whole process couldnt have gone better, i felt supported, i could really tell he cared and ive been recomending Alex to pretty much anyone who will listen and is in a similar situation. In my industry its almost seen as impossible to get a loan due to our work but Alex understands the process so well.
If youre a long term casual or contract worker like me you have to call Alex hes unreal and is without a doubt the BEST person for the job.
