My wife and I recently organised a new mortgage and bridging finance recently through Mortgage Choice Cheltenham as we upgraded into a larger property and sold 2 others.
Assisted initially by Shaun and later David and Josh, the quality of both the advice they gave and the service they offered was second to none making a potentially stressful situation far easier than it probably should have been.
We were both relative novices at this but all the options were presented to us in a very easy to understand way that allowed us to pick the best options for our situation. All 3 of the guys always answered their phones or called back very quickly and never tired of answering our repetitive questions
On settlement day there was a delay of my making and a potentially disasterous situation was avoided by Josh going above and beyond to help.

Thank you for your email. I wanted to send our thanks for the wonderful service you provided Ross and I.
Our journey to buying this property was a long roller-coaster ride.
Before Chris came on board we went through 3 brokers and 4 banks all swore black and blue, from day one, our loan was a sure thing and right at the last min all pulled out. Our previous brokers were promised to be the best... Three months into the process after lots of ups and downs Lorraine put us onto Chris, she said 'if Chris can't do it no one can'.
He was nothing short of amazing, knowledgable and professional in dealing with and incredibly hard situation with unforeseen obstacles at every turn. He was upfront, clear and empathic and worked tirelessly. He was professional throughout and managed our anxieties with ease, which would not have been easy.
Charlotte was equally amazing her skill and professional manner was much appreciated. A kind of ability rarely seen.
She is efficient, professional, caring and has impeccable interpersonal skills. they got the job done efficiently while managing high stress situations and managing our anxieties not an easy job.
