Michelle joined our Mortgage Choice team in October 2012 initially recruited as our Customer Service Manager.

From there Michelle progressed within our office and became a qualified Lending Specialist since 2014 consistently delivering fantastic results to our clients, leading the field as one of the Gold Coast's best Mortgage Brokers. 

With extensive knowledge in the Financial Industry, Michelle ensures our clients experience service of the highest standard and loves nothing more than finding the right home loan solution for every individual client’s needs, whether it be home loans, refinance, investment loans, or business loans.

Michelle's positive, personable manner makes her a great asset to our team and when isn't working she enjoys spending time renovating and entertaining with family and friends.

With her sunny disposition and passion for exceptional customer service, she strives to deliver 5 star service for years after your loan has settled. She will also help with your loans fixed rate expiry, contacting you ahead of time to ensure you are aware of every development in your loan

When Liz isn't in the office, she likes to spend her time with hubby down the beach and travelling wherever she can.

Naomi joined our Mortgage Choice team in 2023, bringing with her 13 years of invaluable experience as a Sales Associate and a diploma in finance and mortgage broking management.

Now, as a dedicated Credit Analyst her commitment is to provide exceptional customer service and serve as the initial point of contact in your home loan journey. Her mission is to simplify the complexities of securing a home loan, regardless of whether you are a first home buyer, seasoned property investor or seeking to refinance.

In her spare time Naomi runs a small pet sitting and dog walking business, catering to the needs of our furry companions. When she is not tending to pets, she is an avid solo traveller exploring the world and embracing new adventures.
