This week we start a new series looking at capital city suburbs with highest rental growth for units. We start off looking at West end and Loganlea which are suburbs located in Brisbane.
- West End – recorded the largest increase in unit rents in Australia for the year to the 30th June rising 26.3% from $380/week last year to the $480/week in 2010.
- Loganlea – median rental for units increased by 12.5% last year from $240/week to $270/week for the year to the 30th June 2010.
