Brad, who holds a Bachelor of Economics (La Trobe University) and a Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management, has been working in the lending and financial services industry since 2008. Over that time he’s built an encyclopaedic knowledge of the various lenders’ products, policies and structures, and how different options work for different circumstances.
‘My strength is in my commitment to understand my clients’ goals and to structure their banking in a way to assist in achieving those goals, no matter how complex their situation is,’ Brad says. ‘I pride myself on absolute excellence in customer service and consider word-of-mouth referrals as the ultimate compliment.’
