Our latest roles

You will be part of a small team, responsible for the timely and accurate provision of information to the franchise network through the various Mortgage Choice systems. This encompasses product, policy and process information, serviceability criteria, contact details and diversified product support.

Support is provided to the franchise network in terms of product research, structure of complex deals and finding the correct lender to meet a client's needs. Mainly this occurs through correct use of the software and information systems, but telephone, email and group forum support is also provided to back this up.

Data integrity is critical and will be achieved through attention to detail, thorough system testing and maintaining strong relationships with our lender partners and franchise network.

The role will essentially encompass the following aspects:

  • Analysis, maintenance and update of lender information;
  • System testing and release;
  • Network support via email, telephone and Lending Advice Forum

To be successful you will

  • Have a minimum of 3 years lending experience;
  • Understanding of lending terminology and assessment requirements;
  • Highly developed critical thinking and problem solving skills;
  • Be well organised with a systematic approach to complex tasks and accuracy and rigour in their execution;
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner;
  • Have excellent time management skills and commitment to meeting deadlines;
  • High level of Excel skills (preferred);
  • Prior knowledge of ApplyOnline (preferred)

The Product team is responsible for coordinating the implementation of Product initiatives to ensure our brokers and customers are engaged and enabled to take up the Mortgage Choice product suite.

Reporting to our Head of Product Delivery the role will see you responsible for the execution of our product strategy and the facilitation of reporting, budgeting and the administrative liaison functions within the broader organisation and product partners.

Product lines include our white board products, asset finance, insurance and property investment providers amongst others.

To be successful you will have the following:

  • Financial product development experience - particularly lending products (preferable)
  • Ability to analyze quantitative/qualitative information
  • Demonstrated project and stakeholder management experience
  • Excellent influencing skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and personal organizational skills
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • A good understanding of business and financial metrics
  • Tertiary qualifications in a business discipline preferred
