John McGrath, Director of realestate.com.au, CEO of McGrath Estate Agents, and expert contributor to property and finance advisory website Switzer Broker, says “the market to really watch this year will be South-East Queensland”.


Helpfully, he has narrowed this down to a short list of Brisbane suburbs predicted to boom. The good news for prospective investors is that his listed suburbs are wide-ranging geographically and also in price range.
