Having spent her career in client service and relationship management roles within the banking industry, it is hardly surprising that as a Mortgage Choice broker, Clelia Dale thrives on getting results for her clients.

Clelia says that with client satisfaction being her most important priority, the best way to achieve this is to listen to their needs and proactively manage the lending process.

“Listening to and understanding my clients’ needs is essential to helping them to achieve their personal goals,” Clelia explains.

“Also, I think it’s important to make the whole experience effortless and streamlined they leave finance up to me so they can focus on looking for a property and going about their lives without stress and worry.”

Clelia became a mortgage broker in February 2010, following a 12-year career with a major lender, including three years as a relationship manager for the bank’s premium financial services branch.

Armed with a swag of client service awards, Clelia’s obvious passion is to provide the best customer service experience and ensuring clients walk away feeling absolutely satisfied their expectations have been met and exceeded.

“My never-give-up attitude might be bothersome for the lenders, but it’s one of the reasons why I get results for my clients,” Clelia says.

“Job satisfaction for me is ensuring my clients are happy and when their satisfaction leads them to recommend me to their friends and family, there is no greater compliment.”

Clelia Dale lives in Pascoe Vale South, but in support of her clients she offers a mobile service throughout metropolitan Melbourne.
