Craig has worked in the banking and finance industry for 27 years, and with this extensive professional experience comes an in-depth knowledge of loan products and policies, coupled with high-level negotiation skills.
“I work with honesty and integrity, using all resources at my disposal to achieve positive outcomes for my clients,” he says. “This includes my ability to advocate for my clients and negotiate with financiers on their behalf.”
Craig’s expertise is matched by his friendly, responsive service and personalised approach. “I enjoy building rapport with people and seeing the confidence and trust my skills generate,” he says. “When working with my clients, I take the time to understand their requirements and circumstances, allowing us to develop clear, decisive solutions.”
Once an application is underway, Craig guides his clients through the complexities, simplifying the process while consistently keeping them up to date every step of the way. “My priority is to make the process as simple for my clients as possible, with regular communication.”
Prior to becoming a mortgage broker, Craig held a variety of roles during his career in banking, including six years in the small business and home lending space and 15 years in agribusiness, as both a frontline customer account manager and a credit manager.
Craig has hands-on experience in dealing with all types of lending, including (but not limited to) home lending – owner occupied and investment; agribusiness lending; business lending; and asset finance. He provides a mobile service across the Albury-Wodonga regional surrounds.
