My recent experience with Mortgage Choice taught me two things
1. I would NEVER have gotten the style of loan through the lender Craig found without help. The rate and conditions Craig sourced took time and expertise that I don't have.
2. Craig Wakley is my hero
Using Mortgage Choice's services cost me nothing in fact, I'm 100 sure it saved me money.
To me it's a no brainer - he's local, he's personable, and best of all he organised an ideal and affordable loan based on my personal needs. I highly recommend Craig's services.
I highly recommend Craig as he was able to get my loan across the line with minimal disruptions to my work.
Craig was the best mortgage broker you could ask for - answered all of my enquiries promptly and efficiently. Sorted out pre-approval and unconditional loan approval as quickly as I could ask for. Gave me plenty of options in terms of which loan to go with. Helped me before I even had my deposit ready so I could forward plan and get an idea of what to expect. Couldnt recommend him more.
I have just purchased my first property and with the help of Craig it was a very stress free process. Any questions I had were met with very informative answers and Craig was reachable at all times.

Out of all the mortgage brokers I spoke to, he was the one I ended up choosing when buying my first home simply because of our initial phone call where He throughly explained the process and answered all my questions and put me at ease, knowing that Im in good hands and that he is a genuine person that cares about hes clients.

Just the excessive time frame was not good. Craig was lovely but sometimes I had to ring the bank to ask what it meant. I appreciate the busy times we were going through but I did feel I wasn't important and is why the excessive time frame, 4 months from when I first asked.
