Awesome experience with Dan - I needed to refinance and pull as much equity out of my property as possible. Dan exceeded my expectations by getting 3 x as much equity as I was first told I was eligible for from the bank and got my interest rate dropped bank also told me no. As a first home buyer, I came into it a little confused, unsure, excited and anxious. I called Dan and at first just asked a few questions relating to buying homes, costs, value and what was involved. Dan was very professional and shared a vast amount of knowledge with me immediately. The greatest thing about the knowledge was the confidence that backed it and the clarity provided also. He didn’t push for me to purchase a property or to get a deal - he genuinely wanted to help my family and I into our home.
