If there only was a 6th star What a team they are Couldn't ask for much more From being great communicators and supportive in navigating the wild ride that home loans are... all the way to getting an email out of the blue to say by the way we have just saved you money again If you need someone who respects the big decisions you are making, who guides and supports you through, then look no further. Luke and David went above and beyond to help us refinance and gear up for a purchase for which the goal posts kept moving. Every challenge we set them was met with a number of clearly detailed options allowing us to make the best choice. We will not hesitate to work with them again.

Very efficient and attentive to calls and emails. Regular emails with relevant and useful information on sales and forecasting. Always happy to to find a better interest rate on your existing loan or find a better deal with another provider. Could not ask for anything more.

David was an excellent broker. Refinancing our mortgage and seeking a construction loan was a long and drawn-out process. He was extremely diligent and attentive keeping the process on track and all the parts moving. If I have any reservations its only one and that is that the product we selected it was the most competitive and best suited our needs was a financial institution in the process of being merged with smartline. I wasnt aware of this at the time of selecting since no disclosure was made it called into question the transparency of the process. I continue to rely on David and Luke and am genuinely struck by their competent, warm professionalism. AZ

David was always willing to assist wherever he could and was prompt in all communications and really brought us along the journey. David had everything organised extremely quickly and always took the extra time to explain what was going on at each stage. He usually had multiple options for us to look at and consider, kept checking in with us regularly, including after the successful financing to ensure we received everything correctly. Without David by our side purchasing our land would have been a lot tricker, we couldn't recommend him highly enough.

When he set up our loan a few years ago, he had excellent market insight and fixed our home loan at a very low rate. The advice he gave has been of significantly financial benefit to us - particularly with all the recent RBA rate increases. We are fortunate not to be suffering the same mortgage stress many of our friends and family are. Every year he proactively does a health check on our loan - unprompted. He does this to ensure we are still getting the most competitive loan rates to suit our personal financial circumstances. He goes above and beyond and his customer service is flawless..he even printed loan docs for us when we were on holiday at the beach and bought them to us as he happened to be in the same area on holiday himself

We just purchased our first home and the thought of finding a home loan was daunting. We run our own business which complicates the requirements and make the process even more challenging. Then to complicate things even more, we needed to get the the loan as quick as possible as we found a house just before Christmas and needed to move in mid January.
David was the most lovely to deal with, super approachable, patient, reassuring, and made us feel much more at ease with the process.

In my view, two vital characteristics of a mortgage advisor are the ability to do the appropriate research (and convey it to the customer) and to communicate well throughout the entire process from start to finish. David was exceptional at both aspects!

I recently refinanced my mortgages with Dave, he was always very professional and explained everything. He was able to take my personal circumstances into account to get me the loan that would work best for me. Nothing was too hard throughout the whole process, start to finish he was always available for my calls at any time regardless of the fact that I am in Perth and he is in Adelaide.
