Extremely helpful even though we were probably one of the more challenging customers. These guys are across everything and happy to help navigate the best overall option and gave us the best outcome. Can't recommend them enough.
I first contacted Dayle approx a year ago to discuss loan affordability to buy my own place. I have been in regular contact throughout this time and can't speak highly enough of Dayle along with her husband who was also most helpful, and her associate Damian. Having looked at way too many properties to count, Dayle was a constant source of counsel on offers, providing key information to help make informed decisions. Dayle was readily available probably too readily I have nothing but gratitude for the support I have received which has led to me being a property owner, finally. Highly recommend

Dayle, Damian and Rolando are professional, friendly, very responsive and lovely to work with. Dayle and Rolando assisted me with multiple pre-approvals and thankfully I was finally able to secure a contract on my new home and Dayle was there every step of the way. Damian also assisted in the final steps and was also great to work with and very responsive too. I am very pleased with the service they provided and highly recommend them.

It was a pleasure dealing with Dayle, she was very responsive and provided great advice and support. She sought better deals and managed to land some cracking rates with her extra negotiations on our behalf. Also managed to negotiate out any fees for a mortgage and coupled credit cards. I definitely hit the jackpot with Dayle. The sale of an investment property meant restructuringconsolidating my home loans, a time-consuming and, at times, complex process which would have been so much more difficult to navigate without Dayle's guidance and support.
