Dwayne has had considerable experience in the mortgage and finance industry with over 33 years of banking experience spanning commercial lending, mortgages, agribusiness and consumer lending. Dwayne is passionate about making sure he is up-to-date with new low rates and home loans on the market, and is able to get his clients the best ones available.

"Having had a lot of experience on the bank side of the process, I love the fact that as a mortgage broker we get to offer choice - a panel of lenders with hundreds of home loans - because no one's the same and we all need different things financially. It allows us to find a loan for our clients that feels tailored to them."

Brendan has had experience in a range of different industries including travel & marketing. He settled in the finance industry as a loan consultant and mortgage broker, and hasn't looked back! As both a people person and a numbers person, Brendan loves engaging with people while also being able to play a role in their financial growth.

Mitchell has always been involved in the property market, having recently spent 5 years as a real estate agent, helping customers sell & purchase their big investment properties. Now as a Loan Consultant with Mortgage Choice, he is keen to make the process easy and as stress-free as possible for his customers.

Evelyn has worked extensively in the mortgage industry for over 20 years, predominantly in the loan processing area. She is an essential part of our team at Mortgage Choice in Wantirna, working with our loan experts - Dwayne & Brendan - to produce the best outcome for our customers and giving their application the best chance of approval.

Sharon makes sure the office is ticking along and everything is going smoothly for our clients. She does all the follow up on loan applications to ensure they go through to settlement as required. She works closely with any lenders and conveyancers to get the best outcome, all while keeping our clients updated on where their loan is at.

"Buying a home is a big step for anyone, and I know process can be pretty stressful for a lot of people. I love that we make the process as easy as possible for our clients, and keep them updated on where everything is at. The last thing you want to be doing when you're buying a house is spending hours on the phone with the banks!"

Anne-Maree started her career in Rural Lending at Landmark, working with Dwayne in his previous role at the lender. After Landmark, Anee-Maree went on to work across a number of different business such as ANZ, Elastomers Australia & Pickles Auctions.
 
Knowing what a great asset she would be to our team, Dwayne asked her to join Mortgage Choice when her maternity leave ended in 2022 and we're stoked she is with us. Her job is to help speed the application process up by supporting the mortgage broking team with admin, analysis and lender recommendations.

Over the years, she has ventured into multiple industries; from retail, education to media. She has extensive experience in all aspects of running a business and managing a customer relationship, and is a vital member of our team!
