Fab has been a Mortgage Broker for over 15 years now, and in his words - everything before that seems like a lifetime ago! He's a passionate broker and takes great pride in understanding what each client wants and needs from their loan. He has a genuine interest in property and loves what it provides to families - not just security and a place to call home - but an avenue to create generational wealth that can have a positive impact on the lives of their kids.

Theo knew pretty soon after finishing his Bachelor of Legal Dispute Studies that it wasn't going to be a long-term career: he wanted to be working directly with customers. After several years of managing a customer service team, he chased a new career that was both process-driven and customer focused - Mortgage Broking.

That was 13 years ago, and Theo says it was the best move he could have made.

"Mortgage Broking seemed like a whole new world for me at the time, but I knew how many people were making huge decisions about their home loans with little to no support. Someone said to me when I started that it felt like going on a road trip without a map. Thousands of loan options and no idea where to start! I knew I could make a real difference to people's lives."

Tim spent over many years working in senior operations and commercial roles around the world - even spending time overseas as an expat. After buying his first investment property 15 years ago, Tim realised what a huge gap there was in property finance information for buyers and investors. Now as a Mortgage Broker, he's passionate about giving his clients the information they need to take the guesswork out of such an important decision.

"I love working with people and the idea of helping others navigate the property finance process felt right for the next step in my career. I wanted to focus on something I was passionate about - like helping my clients make great decisions about their next loan and achieving goals they thought were impossible."

Tamara has many years of customer service management experience with some of the big names in finance, including Citibank and Suncorp. She's passionate about our clients and taking the pressure off so they can enjoy achieving their next property goal. Tamara knows the ins and outs of managing the loan process so everything runs smoothly.

"Buying a property, whether it's a first home or an investment is a big financial decision for any client. That's why I love being available to support buyers every step of the way! I work hard to make sure our clients always know where their loan is at and don't have to chase us for an update. It makes an otherwise difficult process a lot easier. I truly love seeing my clients achieve their financial goals with peace of mind that they have the right loan."

Marg has come to finance from a pharmaceutical management background, but she's just one of those people who can do anything! Her role in our team is to liaise with the lenders on behalf of our clients to make sure they are still receiving the best possible deal. She has negotiated some fantastic rate reductions and cashbacks for our clients. You're going to love having Marg looking after your loan in the long run!

Loan Processor

Adele started out her finance journey working in customer service at ANZ. She saw just how much went into the loan process and how important a strong, strategic application is for a positive outcome. Now, in her role as a Loan Processor, she deals with the technical side of the application and loan process, so our clients don't have to.

"I loved learning all the details that go into creating a strong loan application, but I saw just how much work goes into it. As a Loan Processor, I do all the hard work for our clients so they can spend their time finding a property they love. It's all about working together to get the outcome that's in the best interests of our clients."
