We definitely found the right person to help with the purchase of our home when we rang Terry. We were pretty discouraged after another well known major national mortgage broker refused to help us. As a self employed couple in our 50's, without an existing mortgage and only needing about half of the purchase amount for a moderately priced home we didn't seem to fit anyone's criteria, they didn't want to be bothered with us. Terry went out of his way to guide us through all the information we needed to get together, who to approach and how to present our case.
