Mortgage Choice veteran inducted into elite group

Local Mortgage Choice franchisee, Irene Cujko, has been officially inducted into the company’s elite ‘Squadron XV’ Club.

The Kings Langley local became the latest Mortgage Choice franchisee to be appointed to the club, which recognises the best and longest-standing brokers in the business.

“Launched in 2012, our Squadron XV Club encompasses a diverse and well-deserving group of mortgage broking veterans, each of whom has been in business for at least 15 years,” Mortgage Choice chief executive officer John Flavell said.

“Irene Cujko and the rest of our Squadron XV members deserve to be acknowledged for dedicating themselves to their business, the brand, and importantly, to their customers over the past 15 or more years.”

“Ever since she first joined the Mortgage Choice family back in May 2001, Irene has developed a strong rapport and reputation within her local community that is essential to longevity in this business.

“Irene is a role model within our network, having perfected her business plans over the years and determinedly maintained a high level of customer service despite the many challenges that have come her way.”

Speaking about her appointment to the Squadron XV Club, Ms Cujko said she was humbled to be inducted into such an elite group.

“I am extremely proud to be recognised for doing a job that I love. Over the last 16 years, I have gained great satisfaction from helping locals reach their property and finance goals,” she said.

“Family and community support have also been extremely important in my journey over the years with Mortgage Choice. The encouragement I receive from the local community has enabled me to build a successful business.

“While I have faced many challenges during my years as a Mortgage Choice franchisee, including the Global Financial Crisis and the introduction of new legislation and technology, I can honestly say I have loved every single minute.”

In addition to helping locals with all of their property and finance needs, Ms Cujko also takes the time to give back to her local community in other ways.

“I currently teach Russian debutante ballroom dancing and help out on a regular basis at the local youth group,” she said.

“Throughout my career, the local community has given me an incredible amount of love and support. So it is only fair that I give back to them as frequently, and in as many ways, as I can.”
