Median home price up $15,000 in Orange over last 12 months

According to a report in the Central Western Daily on the 26th July, the average median price of a home in Orange rose from $319,000 to $336,000 over the last 12 months. 

According to Dr Andrew Wilson, a senior economist with Australian Property Monitors (APM), house prices in Orange have grown by 5.8%, only slightly behind the 6.7% experienced in Sydney.
