Julia was amazing throughout the whole process, she was available whenever I needed for questions and to ease my nerves as a first home buyer. I am beyond happy with the advice and help given and I am now the proud owner of a home at age 24, I could not have done it without Julia.
Julia is trustworthy, understanding and such a genuine person. Compassion in business without the loss of humanity is special.

Top marks go to Julia! We had a complex settlement due to some Land Titles office issues and an interstate property, but Julia kept pushing to get everything through. She didn't shy away from the tough going and helped us successfully get our house loan settled, with all issues resolved, and on time.

Julia was great in helping me to refinance my loan. She gave me different options and then guided me through the process, answering any questions I had and dealing with all the hard stuff! Come settlement day everything ran smoothly and now my new kitchen and bathroom are well on their way. Thank you Julia for all your help.

The only issue was the first documents that were sent was received but then lost in Brisbane, but Julia sorted it out wonderfully.

All I can say is 'Thank God' we came along the amazing Julia! We previously sat down with numerous mortgage brokers only to be told each time that we had no hope in purchasing our first home, or go back to work full time Katie while putting your babies in childcare then try again in another year or so, or good luck to anybody who thinks they can help your family as it simply can't be done.
