Situated 4km north east of the CBD, Clifton Hill is considered one of Melbourne’s most liveable suburbs. Once considered a working class suburb it now possess a picturesque and vibrant village ambiance. Clifton Hill is attracting professionals and young free spirited people. The historic character of the streets remain, with some primary examples of well-preserved Edwardian and Victorian homes, both single- and double-storey, adjoining the wide, leafy streets.

Median property prices for houses in Clifton Hill have risen by 43% over the last three years which represents an exceptional gain for home owners. Unit owners have also enjoyed a nice return recording a 28% profit over the last three years which is in contrast to some of its neighbouring suburbs whom have not reaped the same returns.
