….A little about Robina
The Gold Coast suburb of Robina, was once farming land used primarily for grazing. In the 80’s the 20 square kilometres was purchased and transformed into one of Australia’s first master planned residential communities.*
Its location next to the Pacific highway, easily connects it to Brisbane in the north and to the Gold Coast airport in the south. The beautiful surf beaches to the east and hinterland to the west are less than a 15 minute drive from the retail hub of the Robina Town Centre. The Brisbane to Robina train line also links this suburb to the northern Gold Coast suburbs, Brisbane and Brisbane airport.
Robina has the primary, secondary and tertiary educational facilities in Robina State primary and high schools and Bond University. Several private schools are situated in the neighbouring suburbs of Merrimac, Mudgeeraba and Reedy Creek, making Robina popular with families.
This suburb has it all; with several great community run sporting clubs along with fantastic facilities available to the public at Bond University. Cbus Stadium located near the Robina train station is home to the Gold Coast Titans and regularly host touring teams.
Robina also has a large health precinct and has Robina private and public hospitals as well as several specialist basing their practices in this central suburb.
