Austinville is situated between Mudgeeraba and Springbrook on the Gold Coast.  It is a beautiful valley with the Mudgeeraba creek flowing through, and Mount Nimmel range to the west.  The suburb once supported several banana plantation but when the farmers moved on back in 1939 the rainforest moved back in.

Austinville’s population of just 361 (as per the census 2011) enjoys acreage living and the beauty of the bush setting. Its local hall brings the community together for several events throughout the year including the popular Christmas in July.

This picturesque suburb is located only 15 minutes away from the Mudgeeraba entrance to the M1- Pacific highway and the retail and medical precincts of Robina.
