Fantastic communication every step of the way. John explained the mortgage products and their pros and cons to me to allow me to make an informed decision, and gave me regular updates about the state of my application
John was really helpful every step of the way in refinancing my home loan. He was very prompt, patient and understanding and couldnt have asked for a better service.
John was available and helpful throughout the whole process of my refinance. He said he would get the job done - and he did.

John was always in touch and checking I had completed certain tasks in time and kept everything moving smoothly with the lender and my conveyancer throughout the whole process.

Stressful! Very poor customer service and communication skills. We initiated contact, we initiated updates. Wrong forms used in application process. Did not have trust in this particular Broker at all.
