This Scheme is a NSW Government initiative which provides exemptions or concessions on transfer duty for eligible NSW first home buyers. This includes vacant land on which you intend to build your first home.
The First Home Owner Grant (New Homes) scheme
This Scheme was established to assist eligible first home owners to purchase a new home or build their home by offering a grant.

My Credit File - Free Credit Reports (from Equifax)
Get 'Mortgage Ready' with a free credit report
With your own personal copy of your credit report you can see what home loan lenders and other credit providers like phone and utilities companies can check when you make an application.
My Credit File through Equifax provides a free credit report service.
You can contact Equifax to obtain a copy of your free Equifax credit report where:
- Your credit application was declined. The request for a free credit file must be made within 90 days from the date your application was declined;
- You have lodged a correction request and have been advised that information on your file has been corrected; or
- You can request a copy of your free credit report once every 12 months.
