Frankston and the surrounding suburbs are receiving some development and redevelopment works that will enhance and enrich the local area. Frankston City council released all up coming developments through their website on June 2nd 2016. The upcoming developments have been listed to include:


•Improved Boat Ramp and Jetty at Olivers Hill

•Keast Park Redevelopment

•Frankston Waterfront works

•Improved drainage and resurfacing of David Street, Frankston

•Maintenance of public stairs in Frankston South

•Kananook Reserve Public Toilet

•Road works in Violet Street, Frankston South

•Construction of a pedestrian bridge on Frankston-Dandenong Road, Carrum Downs

•Roadworks and bridge strengthening on Seaford Road

•Improvements to various Frankston train line Crossings

•The Kananook Creek Retaining Wall Renewal Project

•Frankston Yacht Club Redevelopment Project


These improvements are set to further local safety, relive road traffic, beautify and restore public leisure areas and overall provide a boost to Frankston’s local infrastructure.
