Meet Elijah & Lucas

As a team of two brothers - Elijah & Lucas Barrett - our business was started because we saw how complicated the home loan process could be and how little people knew about the process, particularly for first home buyers. Since then, we have found it equally rewarding to help so many clients save thousands in interest from refinancing, or create wealth through property through investing.

By leveraging technology, engaging with our community through social media, and using our own personal insight of what life is like as a young Australian trying to save for their first place, we are connecting with a new demographic of people, who historically don’t even know what a mortgage broker does.

Out of the Barrett brothers, Lucas is the numbers guru behind the business. He specialises in maximising the borrowing capacity of his clients, knowing what the lenders have on offer and what special rates they have available. Lucas loves doing his work on his laptop at one of the amazing cafes around his local Hampton and Sandringham area.

"When it comes to refinancing or investing, it should purely be a numbers based decision, with emotion removed from the decision making process. However, it is so easy to get bogged down by the numbers. It is my job to take the overwhelming component out of the home loan decision and make it a chilled and easy process."

With a background in management, Elijah looks after the home loan process from application to settlement. A Mentone local, Elijah loves helping first-home buyers get into their first property. His passion is in making the home loan process as stress-free and easy as possible for every customer.
