I've made my Will...but where should I keep it?

We all know we should make a legal will...but where should we keep it?  Somewhere safe and accessible that your family and/or executor knows about!

Here's a great idea.  The Victorian Will Bank is a service offered by State Trustees as a safe place to store your will and enduring power of attorney documents. It’s free for anyone who lives in Victoria.  Just make sure your lawyer and/or key beneficiaries know it's there!

What documents can I store in the Victorian Will Bank?

Any documents relating to your estate:

  • will
  • general non -enduring power of attorney
  • enduring power of attorney
  • enduring power of attorney (medical treatment)
  • supportive attorney
