Why use a mortgage broker?

These days, the internet has allowed us to do a lot of things alone and without the need for a middleman.

You can easily buy clothing, sort out your banking, and book holidays all with the click of a button.

When it comes to getting a home loan, many of us will probably jump online first.

There are great benefits to researching online, particularly if you’re applying for a loan for the first time.

You can use a mortgage calculator to see how much you can afford to borrow and receive an estimation of what your repayments will be. In addition, you can compare different lenders and different products that are available on the market.

Using the internet, you can get a good idea of what home loan interest rates the different lenders are charging.

But while the web is a great place to start your preliminary research, it will not provide you with the same level of support and professional financial assistance as a mortgage broker.

Your local broker not only has the expertise needed to find you the right home loan for your needs, but they can also do all of the paperwork for you, so that the only thing you need to worry about is picking up the keys to your new home.

You may not realise it, but getting a mortgage is a tricky business.

All of Australia’s lenders boast different interest rates and lending policies. So, while one lender may be happy to finance your property purchase, another may not.

As your local Mortgage Choice broker, I know which lenders are happy to finance your home loan application – regardless of your background, financial history or current financial situation.

Most importantly, I can answer any questions you have, give you tailored advice to achieve your goals, and explain concepts you may not have considered.

So, if you’re looking to apply for a home loan today, make sure you contact me on 8263 2930 or 0403 382 327 for a face-to-face appointment.
