Michael Karp sets high standards for himself and aims to achieve standout results for every client that he works with. 

A fitness enthusiast and Father of three children, he prides himself on setting goals and reaching them – and this never-give-up attitude also applies to his work.

In the world of lending these days there are persistent challenges for borrowers. Having the right people representing you when taking your business to the banks is critical.

A big part of this is taking as much stress away from his clients as possible by applying his 17 + years of experience and access to a dedicated team of professionals. 

“I have high expectations of the lenders I do business with and I adhere to those high standards in my dealings with clients,” Michael says.

Michael can help clients with all areas of finance, focusing on residential & commercial property loans for either investors or owner-occupiers, inlcuding Slef Managed Super Funds. The team are based centrally for easy access and Michael is available for day and evening appointments to fit in with people's busy lives.

Michael greatly assisted us at short notice, he was always available on email or phone and even met us on a public holiday to make sure we would get our loan in on time. Would highly recommend his services to anyone. –Kara 

Skandh, otherwise know as "Sam" is a relative newcomer to the team having started with Michael in September 2021. In this short time Sam has made an immensly postive impact in Michael's business.

Sam has a love of numbers and in his role he liases with clients to obtain the required paperwork to get a loan approval up and running and also researches credit policy and lender requirements to make sure our loan submisisons are of the highest level of accuracy and quality.

Sam is a keen property investor and an extremely dedicated and hard worker which makes him a perfect fit for the team.

Lynsey has spent most of her working life in banking and in her role as client services manager she has been a key to Michael's success and growth over the 17+ years he has been in Mortgage Broking.

With so many years of experience in lending and banking Lynsey has an incredible depth of skills and knowledge that enable her to get things done that, at times, seem impossible! Knowing the right levers to pull and the right people to speak to when something needs to be done are key to the outcomes Lynsey drives for every client. We often joke around the office that Lynsey is a miracle worker with her tenacious ability to make things happen!

In her spare time Lynsey has a unique artistic flair that she applys to all aspects of her life. Colours are her friend!
