‘Getting the right loan is crucial to your financial stability over the short and long term,’ Monica says. ‘One of the most important factors when arranging a loan for my clients is to ensure it’s right for them and that they can afford the facility. For this reason, I take the time to walk my clients through the range of policy options and structures to find the sustainable solution.’
Monica joined the banking industry at age 17, and at age 24 became the youngest-ever franchise owner for the Bank of Queensland. ‘With such an extensive banking history, I am very aware of the challenges customers can face and I’m adept at looking outside the box to overcome these. I also specialise in working with self-employed applicants.’
Prioritising efficiency and responsiveness, Monica ensures a high level of customer service by being available for her clients at all stages of their loan. ‘I’m always ready to answer questions and provide clear explanations. Great communication is key to giving my clients a streamlined, stress-free borrowing process.’
Monica can assist with all types of loans including home loans, investment loans, commercial, business loans and asset finance. Based in Kenmore, she primarily works with clients within the local area. Monica is happy to meet with clients in her office and is also available for home appointments.
