Following a 14-year career in real estate development, Natalie Ross made the move into mortgage broking. She is dedicated to transforming her customers’ lives by helping them access the funds and information they need to successfully invest for their future.

Natalie’s extensive qualifications include a Bachelor in Commerce, a Masters in Property Development and a Diploma in Mortgage Broking, and she is passionate and highly knowledgeable about property across all major Australian markets.

“I have worked in property development in a number of different sectors, including residential and commercial,” she says. “I ran projects from $1M to $200M from acquisition (often involving securing funding for complex deal structures) through to completion and sale of assets. This experience has given me an understanding of the importance of finding the right loan product, managing your money through the process, and the key issues that can hinder your success.”

Natalie’s lending advice is underpinned by a high degree of commercial acumen, excellent project management skills and the ability to identify high-value opportunities. “I want to be able to impart my knowledge to my clients as they build their own property portfolios – whether it’s the family home, or your fifth investment property,” she says. “Property is my life and I love being able to help clients achieve their dreams.”

When working with her clients, Natalie always takes the time to listen and find out their personal circumstances and investment goals. “Listening is one of the most important skills that people in services often forget. It’s not about me; it’s about you, the client,” she says. She understands the intricacies involved in securing funding and is highly skilled at thinking outside the box to overcome problems and find the ideal solution to put her customers on the path to success.

“With my background and experience – both professional and as a personal investor – I am highly sympathetic to my clients’ needs and understand the challenges they face during a property transaction. I’m able to streamline the process and guide them through it step by step.”
