Nathan began his career as a corporate project manager and as a result, gained considerable experience understanding a client's needs and desires and working hard to turn those dreams into reality. In 2001 a desire to utilise his key skills and work for himself, lead him to purchase a Mortgage Choice franchise. Further professional study and learning the intricacies of financial services has ensured that Nathan is in the very best position to utilise those key learning's to the absolute benefit of his clients.

With over 20 years of experience, Nathan has helped hundreds of people fulfil their dreams, with most referring their friends and family members, a testament to his professionalism, and supportive and friendly business style. Due to the above, Nathan has appeared on TV shows like 'Hot Property' and 'Do It TV' as a finance industry expert.

Outside of work, Nathan loves spending time with his friends and family. He is also a massive sports lover. He is an avid golfer, cyclist and he spends most mornings in the gym before work.

Ryan brings with him years of corporate experience working across industries as diverse as pharmaceutical, retail, wholesale and finance, having worked with a variety of multinational corporate companies. In 2005, Ryan joined Nathan Newham as a loan writer and subsequently as a business partner. Over 17 years, he has built an unparalleled knowledge of the market by assisting a wide range of clients achieve their property goals, from first home buyers to experienced investors.

Ryan's key point of difference is to always give the customer a better outcome than if they were to go directly to a lender. His approach begins by building a connection with a customer straight away to maintain an honest and open relationship. Ryan immediately lets the customer know ‘what’s in it for them’, listens to their goals and endeavours to offer them a solution almost instantaneously.

Ryan is part owner of multiple Mortgage Choice franchises and has helped clients all over Australia.

Mark is a Senior Loans Consultant.

He started with Mortgage Choice in March 2003 and is a qualified chartered accountant and member of the Chartered Accountants in Australia & New Zealand. He has a Bachelor of Economics Degree and a Diploma in Financial Services. He is a full member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia.

Mark has a background in senior finance roles in commerce and the chartered accounting profession, both in Australia and overseas. Mark has appeared on Foxtel's "Your Money, Your Call" as a finance industry expert.

Mel joined us over 10 years ago, she is part of our "Loan Delivery Team", who work with both our brokers and clients to put together a loan application which successfully meets the needs of our clients.

Mel has been working in finance for more than 30 years and her passion for exceeding expectations has continued to drive her ambitions. She is a Certified Practicing Accountant, holding both a Commerce Degree and a Masters in Business Administration.

In her spare time she would love to undertake a PHD in Finance, however is currently focused on raising her children, volunteering and helping customers achieve their financial goals.

Tom joined us in 2021 and is part of our "Loan Delivery Team", who work with both our brokers and clients to put together a loan application which successfully meets the needs of our clients.

Guided by a passion for client services and strategic thinking, Tom has spent over 15 years in financial services. His experience ranges across administration, operations and account management within large corporate businesses. This experience equips him to help support you through finding, selecting and applying for the best loan solution to meet your needs and objectives.

Jake joined us in 2022 and is part of our "Loan Delivery Team", who work with both our brokers and clients to put together a loan application which successfully meets the needs of our clients. He holds a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. 

 Jake has extensive experience working with customers and has spent his 15 years in the workforce striving for that perfect customer experience. Jake brings a strong work ethic and attention to detail into the office on a daily basis.

Jake uses his off time to take part in elite sporting pathways as a coach and participant himself.

Jeff joined us in 2018 and is part of our "Loan Delivery Team", who work with both our brokers and clients to put together a loan application which successfully meets the needs of our clients.

He holds a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. His positive attitude and good adaptability have played a huge part in the business process of maintaining high standards of customer service.

Kristine joined us in late 2021 and is part of our "Loan Delivery Team", who work with both our brokers and clients to put together a loan application which successfully meets the needs of our clients.

Having previously worked with one of the financial institutions, she already gained experience and knowledge about the mortgage industry. Kristine continues to learn and develop in her role and picks up things quickly and completes tasks with high-quality output. She is a valued member of our team!

Susie is part of our "Application Tracking team", providing a point of contact throughout the loan application process from submission to settlement, she  is passionate about helping our clients achieve their goals. 

Susie has worked in the Finance industry for over 40 years and has a wealth of experience and knowledge.

Susie’s mature and proactive approach sees our clients’ expectations consistently exceeded and she regularly receives 5 Star reviews. Our clients appreciate Susie’s knowledge, communication and attention to detail and they are never left wondering “what happens next?”

In Susie's spare time, she loves catching up with friends, dining out and going for long beach walks with her dog.

Kristin joined our "Application Tracking team" in January 2023, providing a point of contact throughout the loan application process from submission to settlement, she  is passionate about helping our clients achieve their goals. 

Kristin brings with her 15 years experience in the property and finance industry, starting her career as a conveyancing paralegal before moving to property development and finance. Her focus has always been on providing support and guidance to her clients. 

Emma brings to the team 20+ years of experience within Mortgage Choice. We’ve channelled her skills into providing our existing clients consistency through annual reviews, including rate pricing, loan restructuring and variations to ensure loan products and rates meet the current and future goals of our clients.

Her passion for providing exceptional client experiences has seen her role within our team expand from post settlement communication to also building rapport and assisting new clients starting their journey with our business.

Outside of work she enjoys planning her never ending renovations and spending quality time with her family and friends.
