Paul has 35 years of experience in finance and lending and is passionate about helping our customers feel informed and comfortable with the home loan process. He has also purchased and renovated a number of properties, so he understands how important good advice is when it comes to loan structures, products and keeping your loan interest rate competitive. 

Outside of work, Paul is an active runner & is in training for his next Marathon in 2024. Paul has completed two Oxfam 100km trail walks is a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo.

After returning from working in the U.S, Ben joined our team at Mortgage Choice South Melbourne as our newest mortgage broker! He is passionate about making sure that the home loan process is focused on the customer and what they want from their finances in the long term. Outside of work Ben plays Basketball and is also training for a marathon.

Credit Analyst

Matthew's role is focused on the technical side of your home loan, and ensuring you have the right strategy in place to match your property goals. With 10 years working in the banking industry and 5 years at Mortgage Choice in South Melbourne, Matt has plenty of experience to share with our customers. Outside of work Matthew enjoys cycling around Melbourne to find that great new cafe and perfect brew.

"I know how daunting buying a property can be, especially for first home buyers and even first time investors. It's hard to know what loan to choose, or even things like how to use the equity in your home to purchase. So really, I work hard to make it easy for our customers."

Customer Care Consultant

Namita has had a long career in finance and banking, starting in 2005 in New Zealand. She is a keen investor investing a small $10k deposit she had saved and working towards multiple property portfolio. As our Customer Care Consultant, Namita ensures that the loan process is moving smoothly and our customers are feeling supported. She is that fantastic combination of a people person and a finance guru!

Diane has been with Mortgage Choice for nearly 12 years in a number of different administrative roles. She has been a fantastic addition to our team in South Melbourne because she really does know our business inside and out! Diane spends her days negotiating with our to get a better rate for our customers. Which is something our customers love! When she's not working, you will find Diane playing tennis or at the gym keeping fit.

Loan Administrator

Ina’s role is to help make the loan application process as efficient as possible for our clients. She brings extensive experience in loan processing & administration to the Mortgage Choice South Melbourne team & keeps all loans moving smoothly through the lender systems. She also speaks Mandarin Chinese so she can help our Chinese clients.  In her spare time, Ina loves playing with her dog Coco and keeping healthy & fit.

Loan Administrator

Aira is our newest Loan Administrator to join the team at Mortgage Choice South Melbourne. She helps to ensure our customers have a smooth application experience by preparing loan documents and lodging them with each lender. This takes a lot of experience to know what the lenders look for in an application, and knowledge of their processes. She's an expert on all things renovation, having spent two years working with a renovation company in the U.S. Outside of work, Aira loves photography, hiking and watching documentaries.
