Peter Keenan

Peter has been a part of our team here at Mortgage Choice in Perth CBD since 2004. Firstly, starting as one of our top Mortgage Brokers, then transitioning to Sales Manager and now he leads our team as Managing Partner of the business.

Peter is the cheeky, scotch-loving and Survivor fanatic boss who we all love to call our colleague. Even though he’s stepped away from broking full-time, he can’t say no to his clients so he still can’t resist helping them and talking through their options with the support of our team.

Gjoko Kotaleski

Gjoko started his Mortgage Broking career in early 2021, fresh out of university where he completed a Bachelor of Commerce: Double Major in Accounting and Banking.

'Initially, I was looking at a career within the banking industry, but broking caught my interest since it is more independent and we get to keep the client's best interest at heart. I love the independence from the lenders and the fact that we get to help clients realise their dreams - whether that is to buy their first home, investment property, or save money on their mortgage'.

In his free time, you might find Gjoko DIY-ing his home (he'd definitely give The Block contestants a run for their money!), at a good stand-up comedy show, hiking or going to the gym.

Cam Smith

Cam began his career in broking in late 2021, specialising in construction loans and first home buyers. Since then, he has helped a diverse range of clients from a variety of backgrounds achieve their home ownership goals - guiding them through the process to ensure they are in complete control of their journey.

Cam's favourite part of being a Mortgage Broker is educating financially inexperienced clients and helping them to escape the rental trap that more and more people find themselves in by buying their own dream home.

Fun fact about Cam - he grew up overseas and spent his youth in Beijing, China and early 20s in South-East Asia. He speaks Mandarin and English and you can find him at City Beach or Trigg during the summer and watching local rugby games during the winter.

Adele Haskett

Adele is our Client Manager who liaises with both you, the banks and third parties to assist the brokers in your application process. Adele started in the finance industry in 1978 and has experienced a diverse range of front line banking and lending finance positions. As our longest-standing team member starting with us over 14 years ago, Adele is definitely the heart and soul of our team.

Trust us when we say, she is someone you absolutely want in your corner when it comes to your home loan. Her dedication and commitment to her clients and our team is extraordinary, always working tirelessly from start through to settlement to make sure your loan application gets across the line. The only thing she loves more than her beautiful cats is helping people (but it’s a close second!).

Rebecca Crommelin

Rebecca is our resident Marketing guru. She joined our team back in 2014 as a Marketing Assistant and has since moved up to her current role as Marketing & Operations Manager.

Rebecca is always looking for new ways to introduce and promote the amazing service we provide to our clients. She is a total spelling & grammar nut and can’t say no to a cheese board at Friday team drinks!

Rebecca was recently recognised as a finalist in the Mortgage Choice Marketing & Admin Support Person of the Year. She is always interested in hearing about any local events or opportunities that we can get involved in around Perth and the surrounding suburbs.

Richard Crommelin

Richard is one of the Directors and founding owners of our business. He started as a one-man broker operation back in 2000 from his home office, before joining forces with a few individual brokers to open our Mortgage Choice in Perth CBD office in Shafto Lane in 2003.

A few years ago, Richard took a step back from broking to focus on directing the business and team, which is where his new passion lies. He’s your go-to source for all things broking and business advice, and can’t resist sharing a good war story or lesson around the office. He continues to explore new things and ways to learn, even recently he obtained his GAICD Company Directors accreditation.

Richard is a true mentor, supporter and champion of our team and clients.
