Raymond is the founder of Mortgage Choice Pyrmont, Randwick & Maroubra. Coming from a fund accounting background, Raymond entered the mortgage industry in 2003. Since then, he has organised more than $1 billion in home loans and won numerous industry awards. Raymond has a Master of Finance from the UNSW, and is a registered CPA. He is a registered mentor to new brokers, and a Justice of the Peace.

To maintain service standards, Raymond only works with existing clients and client referrals.

Senior Loan Consultant

Erica is our senior loan consultant. She joined the team in 2012, and specialises in looking after our Asian clients. Erica has helped hundreds of clients select the best home loan package to suit their needs. She consistently has more home loans approved than an average mortgage consultant by a ratio of 3:1, demonstrating her success in adding value to clients. Erica addresses client enquiries and concerns throughout the loan process, while ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Erica has a Master of Accounting and Finance degree from the University of Newcastle. She is also a licensed real estate agent, with years of experience in property sales and management

Loan Consultant

Anna joined the team in 2021, and has years of experience in the finance, banking and insurance sectors. With the best interests of her clients at heart, Anna specialises in guiding first home buyers and single parents through the loan process, helping them achieve their property goals.

Through her experience and market expertise, Anna is excellent at explaining the different loan products and features available. She can help with home, personal and car loans, and is just a phone call away if clients need assistance! Anna is fluent in Polish, and has a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.

Loan Consultant

Victor joined the office in 2023 from the banking industry. With a love for property and finance, Victor strives to deliver the best solutions for his clients and help them achieve their dreams and goals. Whether you are a first home buyer, property investor, or looking to refinance, Victor is here to help.

Victor has a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Sydney.

Accounts Administration

Hailey is an accounting administrator. She is always keen to learn and gain experience. While working for us, she is also a full-time student at the University of Sydney, studying a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and Bachelor of Laws double degree. Some examples of roles Hailey has had in the past include an internship at a Hong Kong accounting firm, and Publications Director of the Accounting Society at the University of Sydney.

She is fluent in English and Cantonese and can communicate in Mandarin.
