As an award-winning mortgage broker, Simon has a wealth of home loan knowledge gathered from a range of lending roles. Prior to becoming a broker in 2006, Simon was both a NAB Mobile Banker and a CBA Lending Manager. These roles have given him the experience to understand a broad range of lending situations and the ability to offer a comprehensive service.

The majority of Simon’s new business is due to happy clients referring their family and friends. His clients range from first homeowners to property investors and business owners. As a first homeowner, he is right there with you on your journey to your new home. With more experienced clients, Simon can suggest a range of lending strategies to suit your needs.

Simon is active in the community, sponsoring various sporting clubs such as the Castle Golf Club and the WA Police Touring Cricket Club. He is a member of Lake Karrinyup Golf Club and an avid West Coast Eagles member. Simon also supports the Duncraig/Hawker Park Primary Schools’ Child Safety Program.

Shannon joined the team in 2013. She is a highly qualified professional holding a Bachelor of Commerce (Majoring in Finance and Banking), together with a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and a Certificate IV (Finance and Mortgage Broking). With previous work experience in the conveyancing industry, she also has a sound knowledge and understanding of residential and commercial property settlements.

Shannon is a relationship focused mortgage broker who enjoys identifying and fulfilling her clients’ needs. She is a firm believer that her service and advice should be tailored to the individual client.

In her spare time, Shannon trains for competitive triathlons and other sporting activities. Being a role model to her family and leading a fit and healthy lifestyle is just as crucial to Shannon as financial fitness.

Shannon prides herself on being recognised for her excellent customer service and helping her clients’ dreams become a reality.

Sharon has over 30 years of banking experience and credit knowledge. Her formal qualifications include a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and a Certificate IV (Finance and Mortgage Broking).

Loved by our clients, and adored by the rest of the team, she is the backbone of our business. Sharon is well organised and has a mind that retains facts and figures better than anyone we know.

Sharon is our clients’ biggest advocate. Helping our clients to save money and achieve their goals is what she loves most.

In her spare time, Sharon loves watching her West Coast Eagles play and reading as many books as she can find.
