Stephen Venn and Brad Anderson are the Accredited Mortgage Consultants. Together, they bring over 55 years of finance expertise to the table to assist you in selecting the best facility possible.
Stephen Venn is the Franchise Owner and Mortgage Consultant. He has been in the Finance Industry his entire working life and carries all accreditations and qualifications required as a Professional Mortgage Broker. Stephen's outside interests are largely centred around his family. His 2 daughters have excelled in their chosen sports, Jessica his eldest with Swimming and Emily with Fencing. He also enjoys a good (armchair) game of Rugby and International Cricket.
Katrina Harland is our Loans Support Manager and has been with us since our office opened in March 2003. Her role is to ensure your loan progresses smoothly to settlement within required time frames. She also liases with the lender, your Solicitor/Conveyancer, Real Estate agent and any other parties relevant to your transaction.
Katrina has been a Northern Beaches local for 20 years and is a Manly rugby league supporter.
