Couldnt have asked for a smoother experience I contacted Steve in a panic when our dream house came up without any preparedness re our financing. He jumped on to it straight away, was very clear with what was needed and why, let us know what to expect, helped strategise options and potential challenges upfront, and kept me updated daily by phone and email. Steve was very knowledgeable from the get go when it came to our position and options, especially considering a range of complexities surrounding self-employment, lifestyle and assets. Steve was great initial discussion started a couple months earlier and then revisited. Steve was super patient. Having worked with him in a previous job he was super professional and introduced himself toy partner well. I also had a refinance to do at the same time as a new purchase and he made that really simple.I will be using him again and he is already working with a couple of referral cases using him again
