I could not recommend Stuart and his services enough. He is extremely knowledgeable of the property business here in Melbourne, and walked us through each and every step meticulously, as we sold one property and bought another. Furthermore, his communication in this whole process was extremely good, helping us to settle both properties with ease. I highly recommend Stuart and the Mortgage Choice business to anyone looking to buy or sell their property in the Victoria region.

Its been 4 years or so since I engaged Stuart Morrow and the team Mortgage Choice to assist me with financing my investment property build. In addition to the initial financing being one of the best customer service outcomes Ive ever had, the great ongoing service continues. Today I received an email confirmation that the team has proactively negotiated a significant rate reduction with my lender on my behalf which will result in an interest saving of 2k PA. Getting my loan approved was one of the most stressful things I have ever experienced. I encountered one problem after another until I met Stuart. Multiple Properties and documents of transfer caused a little confusion when we were required to sign and get them wittnessed . If this was to occur in the future I would suggest the Adviser attend to give some guidance. The follow up from Stuarts office during the process was very good. The Commonwealth Bank are even more complex to deal with than the ANZ and without support we would still be wading through the mire .
Stuart's (and his assistant/s) service was friendly and efficient. The information provided to me was easy to understand which made the process a lot less painful than going to the bank direct.
